PANs Bebop in Essen

Welcome, nice to see you. Here at PANs Bebop we pursue a holistic concept. All our creations - from sauces, toppings to vegan sausages - are handcrafted with a lot of love. All ingredients are free from additives and antidegradants. We carefully choose our ingredients from regional farmers to create seasonal dishes. Our sausage is produced by BIO Fleischerei Burchhardt (local organic butcher‘s shop) according to our very own recipe. Our buns are baked by the local, family owned bakery Troll (organic bakery Troll). On top of this, we only use ecologically decompostable To Go packaging, straws and napkins. We fry without palm oil and use green energy exclusively. Our dishes are possible in vegan or vegetarian style. The menu is offered from tuesday to friday, 5pm until 10pm, on weekends from 3pm to 10pm. On weekends (saturday & sunday) we serve breakfast from 10am to 3pm.
